Good But Too Generic

Paul Curtis is a music supervisor and knows his business. Not surprisingly, his book is comprehensive and thorough, and if you're looking for an introduction into music licensing, it definitely does a good job. However, for a "handbook" something is missing. For example, you won't find any reviews or even names of websites where you can submit music and it would also be helpful to read about experiences of musicians who have successfully licensed their work. In other words, the information is slightly too generic and anonymous, and as a result, not very exciting to read.
